That inner nudge - the one that shows up without effort, that doesn't need convincing - that's your gut. It often feels like a quiet whisper or a knowing that lands before logic kicks in.
Overthinking, on the other hand, is layered with doubt, fear, replays, and 'what-ifs'.
I've seen clients walk in completely tangled in their own thoughts. And through a tarot session or a gentle counselling talk, they realise - the answer was always inside them. They just needed help hearing it again.
Sometimes even wearing a grounding crystal, doing a small ritual, or pausing for breath can make the difference between spiraling and sensing.
